Never got any feedback on this. Have some info for me, or is this now
a moot point as you'll be picking up my spa shortly?
And really, it's waiting around for yet another day or two to even get
the next bit of information to proceed which is just FRUSTRATING. Yeah
you're on the road, but if Dave at the shop is capable, surely you
could forward this to him and have him call and answer these
questions... again, back to why I'm a bit cranky as far as the
customer service angle goes.

attached mail follows:
Thanks for the quick reply Jim. I didn't understand all of this, so
we'll probably need another go-round.

Spa orientationn: lounge is on the S side, with the footwell / filter
on the SE corner.
I saw four pumps. There's an air pump in the SW corner facing N, a
pump below it facing N, and two pumps on the S side facing E.
Which one is the "small pump" ? And is it numbered #1 or #2 from the controls?

Ah, it's the "piece of hose" as you say down below.

There an ETA on that? Last I talked to him was last week...

I don't mind helping out on the install; I agree that is part of the
learning curve. However, I've been learning a lot via trial and error,
which is both frustrating and time-consuming.

Which panel here? Again, I'm not sure what is the "small pump." BTW,
how does this differ from tiny circ pumps?

The valve is open on the right side of the heater; the valve that was
closed was one of the two on the pump on the SW corner of the spa, facing
N. Also the valve behind the heating cabinet was partially down and
didn't have a hose blocker. I cannibalized one from the access panel
just for ease of access when I get the new hose.

Thanks!
