The temp is usually about 92F. There don't seem to be any other
problems besides the heat.

Yup... push once, the #1 indicator blinks and the pumps are low, once more
it goes high. Same w/ #2. Only appears to be one speed on the air
bubbles and the light. Don't have a volt meter.
