The spa has a 24 hour 56 frame circulation filtration pump. It does all the
filtering and heating.
What is the temperature, and are there any other problems? Do both of the
jets operate correctly.

If the pump on is off, not filtering, and the "jet one" is pressed once it
goes to low? press again to high? Same on
pump 2? How many speeds on the blower? How many intensities on the light?
Do you have a ac volt meter?
