Hiya,

The spa seems to be working fine, although the temperature is still
about 10 degrees lower than it should be. The air blowers are also
blowing cold air in. Could the heater just not be properly working? Is
there something I can check? Could the gash in the wood be affecting
the air intake / heater?

Thanks for getting the replacement panel. Can you also please see
about a replacement head pillow? The filter cover isn't bad, but the
head pillow is, well, needing to be replaced. :)
