Not sure if you remember me, but I came out to wet test your spa some
months back. Anyway, mine arrived last week, and I wanted to thank you
again for helping me out in shopping for one!
I had a question or two for you while I had you on the line. On my
spa, there's a larger control dial between the lounge and the 6-jet
hot seat. It seems to me that when the jets are on full power, I can
get a fair amount of water through EITHER the lounge OR the 6-jet hot
seat, but not both. Have you also noticed this?
The other question --- I wanted to confirm with you on the style of
jet you had. You mentioned that there was a "good" kind and a "great"
kind and the Fallsburg had the "great" kind. What's the difference
there? Size or range of motion? I was looking at one the other day,
and for whatever reason it didn't appear to be the same that you
showed me, but perhaps I'm misremembering.
