Thankfully someone else did most of the work on this. We have neither the time nor the energy required to keep track of all ridicules postings that happen on many of the internet hot tub and spa related message boards. All of the following message board postings have been copied in their entirely. Absolutely nothing has been changed, other than removing posters email addresses for privacy.
Many of these are rather long, and since we find it hard to believe that anyone will actually read them in their entirety, we have attempted to make it as easy as possible. Clicking a link below will open the page in a new window. Closing that window will return you back to this page.

As a psychologist I have read many of James posts because I find them fascinating in a professional way of getting a glimpse inside the head of mentally disturbed con man. The style is too much like James not to be him or a close family member. I have also found his forum fascinating from a professional point of view, since to a trained eye you can easily tell that the same 2-3 people write about 90% of the posts on his forum. Also as someone pointed out James can edit and modify any post as he wants which may account for the style. In my professional opinion we are either dealing with James or a member of his family. The Haven Spa Scam that needs to be stopped and the best way to do that is to keep posting notices for new members to read so they don't become victims. However the fact that James has to impersonate a Haven Spa customer does show how desperate and how far he will go to continue his scam, which from a psychological point of view is a little scary. James you really do need to seek psychological help soon!
But wait, this quote from the man himself may say even more!

"The spa industry is full of people who have no clue what they are doing, because they are lost. This includes most manufacturers. I would say that 95% of the manufacturers are pretty darn stupid."
