This forum is supposed to be used for helping people with their hot tub questions. Unfortunately, I have been getting some complaints about how this forum can be too dealer competitive. Let's try to change that, thanks!

I don't buy that explanation. I am not a dealer or seller, just a spa owner. I only gave positive information about my spa buying/owning experience, and pointed out factual inaccuracies of a website that spa shoppers are directed to, right on this website. I did not insult anyone use any names in a negative way.

I believe that my post was deleted because of the positive message about Haven Spas. Your deletion of my post amounts to selective censorship, and is unfair.

You would think that Jim...could you of at least chose a more original name than Mike C or do a better job of changing up your old IP addresses? Yes, I do have all your old IP addresses on file but I thought I would give you another chance. To my displeasure, it has been more of the same from you....did you forget that we banned you in our old forum for the same kind of conduct as you are displaying now?

I have already had numerous complaints about your conduct (under both names), but I was hoping you would show a change in attitude. Unfortunately, I will have to ban you again as nothing has changed. I am usually very lenient with user's posts but you have just caused pointless arguments about your company, which hasn't helped anyone.

Perhaps, one day I will lift the ban and you will learn to conduct yourself better....until then, you will remain the only person I have ever had to ban from this forum in 5 years.

My all time favorite was the NSPI site. They shut down the whole message board because of me. The NSPI is impotent at policing the members and is constantly being sued for it. They do not even scold Watkins for their flagrant disregard for the ANSI standard, and they wonder why they are being sued?

It is an honor to be banned by those worthless sites with hidden agendas and are not willing to discuss spa design!
P.S.

I can't be banned anyway. You would have to shut down the board, because all you need is another IP, like I can't get a few hundred of those??? Ha! Ha!

I have changed my log on from "Spa Fellow" to "James Arjuna" because of an impersonator on this message board, who somehow was able to use "Spa Fellow". The use of my name on any forum is totally against the law, so this way if someone plays me, they can get into legal difficulties

The accusation of Jim being the same person as Mike C. was made by someone with the tools to do so. This wasn't a witch hunt as some might claim, but rather an obvious scam by the owner of Haven spas.
Most of us who see Jim for what he really is were shocked but not surprised. There's not too many things lower than Jim and he persistently proves us right.
 
Please keep in mind as you go on about Jim that at no point do we/I question the quality of his spas. They are average at best, but far from what Jim would call the most highly engineered spas in the world. Our "beef" if you will, is with his manner. We have continually disproved every commentary he's made with proof, be it pictures or other facts all pointing to conclusive evidence that Jim is nothing short of a con man.
 
If there were 50 regulars and 48 of them saw this individual for the con artist he is, why is it you think we're all wrong?  
 
When someone asks for facts to back up a post, we provide it. Something Haven can't do. We have saved information from years back to disprove 98% of what Jim says. Have not seen the contradictory posts of him outlined numerous times? Be very careful of what you defend as your credibility plummets with the connection.
 
Jim has been caught in more lies than I care to mention.
If you are proud of that trait in a man, I feel very sorry for you also.
 
This is not some boys club here, but rather a successful attempt a making the consumer aware of the dangers of internet scams. We have received countless "thank-yous" for our work, and will continue to do so until Jim admits his lies. Everything that Jim gets, he has brought on himself. There will always be people to defend anyone, as lawyers defend child molesters in court everyday.      
 
Members of this "gang", as you put it, will be here and everywhere as long as there are twisted individuals such as Jim trying to scam honest people out of their money. You want to stand up for something worthwhile, there's a cause worth your time in typing it. Not the gibberish from your last post. Defending the indefensible.
