Jim, remember when D1 guy came on your sight, Got frustrated by all the hammering, started to really embarrass himself, so you did the stand up thing and put an end to it? Why doesn't that stand up guy in you take the time to read his own post about lost souls, answering to god, etc., and then take a look at what larry and vinny have done to these other sites, and think about what a stand up guy would do. Yeah your pissed, and you probably have a right, but think about the harm you may be doing your company in a heated moment. The internet is a wonderful thing, a place where people can pick up all sorts of information from many different sources. Some of these goofball followers of yours were screaming about censorship on Spababes website, when there actions are akin to pissing on all the books in the library of congress, and replacing them with your their own books. Little pockets of that type of intolerance is ugly, but manageable, when it started to spread around the web to the various sites, it bothered me, so I spoke up. If it doesn't bother you, than I guess I overestimated you. You always get pissed at me when I say peace, but I really mean it, peace out, take a day or two away from the boards, it may help you relax, and be able to refocus again. I really am just trying to help.

Stirring the pot, hell, I'm just trying to give you an out with dignity. Rambling post about kids dying after pushing you down at birthday parties is edging things into the surreal. Lets get back to talking about hot tubs and leave these bad karma post for another site.

I'm ready to end this. If Jim will admit he is wrong and start calling his spas Phoenix-Haven spas. Tell the truth about TP insulation. Tell how good circ pumps really work. Admit to everyone it's a stupid idea to fly to CO. just to wet test a spa when you can drive down the street, then I will stop posting. Just kidding. This has gotten out of hand. Jim will probably blame Matt and myself but a fire cannot burn without fuel. Jim if any of this has helped you sell spas more power to you. I think America is in trouble. I have learned a lot about you Jim from "old friends" of yours and feel I was right to be distrustful of you. I never knew you sold Phoenix spas and despite looking all over your site, I didn't see it anywhere listed what they really are. Not to mention you generic parts that are found on many Home Depot spas. I never thought this would get so out of control. I just wanted people to not believe everything you said as fact. I wanted people to look around and form their own opinions. Knowing what I now know about you I have never felt my cause was more just. You lie to people. What you call cutting edge and best spa design is just a spin off of a spa company that wasn't that outstanding to begin with. You call me evil and hateful but I don't know how you can live with yourself. Pretending to try to help the spa buyer to make the right choice so they don't get screwed. Who is going to protect them from you!

We have "Freedom of Speech" in this country. One must understand that this "Freedom of Speech" has it's built in "Checks and Balances"! We have in the legal system what is known as the "Contractual Law" aspect and we also have what are known as "Tortes". "Contractual law" is sort of a self defining area. "Tortes" is a both funny and strange name for "Damaging" or "Hurting" someone. "Besmirching" them. When it comes to "Tortes", there is an interesting area affecting the "Freedom of Speech" activity. When one "Willfully and knowingly", "with premeditation and malice of forethought", openly makes "False and misleading statements, accusations, inferences, characterizations, and anything related, that "Plants the seed of doubt" so to speak in the minds of others (This is including, but not limited to, "potential customers"), then the person or persons whom may "act out" in this manner, are leaving themselves wide open for "LITIGATION". If this type of behavior leads to circumstances wherein a "Potential "customer" is "driven away", "intimidated", "made reticent to purchase", "prejudiced or biased against the potential merchandiser", "prohibited from", or otherwise "impeded" in any way, shape, manner, or form, then any such perpetrator or perpetrators are, in deed, and in fact impacting another persons ability to "secure their income" (i.e. "Make a living") In other words if you publish statements on this on any other public forum about someone that has any effect on their "pocket book", and it can be "absolutely proven" that these statements are indeed "false and misleading", then you can be "sued for defamation of character". It may be great fun to berate others if you happen to be of such a childish mentality that this is your "hip, slick, and cool" thing to do! Those of you who happen to be attacking others or another on this or any other forum might be advised to "PRINT OUT A COMPLETE SET OF ALL OF THE POSTINGS THAT ONE HAS MADE AND TAKE A COPY OF THIS PRINTOUT DOWN TO THEIR LAWYER OR A LAWYER AND HAVE THEM READ IT OVER AND HAVE THEM EXPLAIN TO YOU JUST EXACTLY WHAT TYPE OF LEGAL ACTION YOU ARE EXPOSING YOURSELF TO"!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL ESPECIALLY WANT TO TALK TO A LAWYER IF YOU THINK THAT I AM FULL OF SHIT ABOUT THIS, AS ONLY A MEMBER OF THE LEGAL PROFESSION COULD POSSIBLY MAKE A BELIEVER OUT OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, if and when you get a summons and you wind up bankrupt as a result of your little game playing episodes "DO NOT SAY THAT YOU WERE NOT FORWARNED"!!!!!!! If you are going to make accusations, you just might want to make sure that you have thoroughly done your homework and that you have absolute "lead pipe cinch", "bullet proof", "industrial strength" evidence to back up your claims, such that a jury of your peers will believe this evidence. Otherwise you probably should have warehouses full of money so you can "put your money where your mouth is" so to speak.
