Just scanned the various spa boards and am somewhat depressed. It seems some of Jim's more
mindless followers have taken it upon themselves to start flaming on boards that were
otherwise relatively flame-free. Jim, for decency sake, call of the dogs and explain to
these knuckleheads that their dipshit behavior is a bad reflection on you and the company
you have built. I would think if you were half as moral as you claim it would serve as an
embarrassment to you to have these guys acting like that in your behalf. Remember how
stupid you thought D1 guy was...... these guys are approaching him.
I may not know much about spa plumbing, But I sure can identify assholes when I see them.

Oh, no there are other boards under Jim's control! I don't have enough hours in the day to
warn everybody on every board so I hope there is smart people who know better on those
boards and can defend themselves. Can you give me the URL so if I have time I can hop over
and read some of the nonsense?

What the hell are you talking about Jim? While you predicting eternal damnation for people
who dont agree with you, where does you moral compass point regarding the likes of Vinny
and larry pollution other informative outlets with garbage?
DMT, the afformentioned polluted websites that were trashed were mentioned in the First
post of the tread called "spa Forum". Jim's goons saw virgin websites, and
couldn't wait to have their way with them. Thank god for Doc at RHTUBS, he doesn't put up
with that crap

You know I don't put up with this crap over at my board. It is interesting you short your
memory is. We always recommend some really good spas for people to go and look at. When I
worked at the Coleman store the boss wanted us to only send people over to the Hot Spring
store, when people wanted to see "another quality spa". The boss knew that when
they saw how expensive they were for to low amounts of features, the customers would

Jim, remember when D1 guy came on your sight, Got frustrated by all the hammering, started
to really embarrass himself, so you did the stand up thing and put an end to it? Why
doesn't that stand up guy in you take the time to read his own post about lost souls,
answering to god, etc., and then take a look at what larry and vinny have done to these
other sites, and think about what a stand up guy would do. Yeah your pissed, and you
probably have a right, but think about the harm you may be doing your company in a heated
moment.
The internet is a wonderful thing, a place where people can pick up all sorts of
information from many different sources. Some of these goofball followers of yours were
screaming about censorship on Spababes website, when there actions are akin to pissing on
all the books in the library of congress, and replacing them with your their own books.
Little pockets of that type of intolerance is ugly, but manageable, when it started to
spread around the web to the various sites, it bothered me, so I spoke up. If it doesn't
bother you, than I guess I overestimated you.
You always get pissed at me when I say peace, but I really mean it, peace out, take a day
or two away from the boards, it may help you relax, and be able to refocus again. I really
am just trying to help.

I hate when someone posts something to try to help people and it gets turned around. Now
these poor sites have to put up with the same crap we do. Even I didn't think Jim and his
goons would sink that low to attack innocent sites where people could ask questions and
receive helpful answers(unlike this site that Jim has ruined). I was just playing before
but now I am mad. Jim you are like a cancer that must be stopped. What's wrong with you
people? Have you all been brain washed by Jim? I noticed his religious post. Jim are you
starting up some sort of spa cult with you being the leader. You need to get some before
its too late.

This board is funny as can be. The absolute
nonsense that people go through in order to
defend a spa purchase.
If you go back to the beginning, you will
recall that all I did was post information on
spa construction and design.
People ask about spas and I answered.
How many of you have fixed a spa? Have even
the slightest idea how the insides work? Or
even know what proper size filter belongs on
what size pump?
This is my realm.
When someone mistakes spa information for a
sales pitch, like the ones about home and
garden shows.
How in the hell did you guys make out my
"inside information" from having to work
those darn shows, as some sort of sales
pitch.
That is really rude and insulting behavior.
Sick and evil. I don't mince words, and I am
a lousy sales man.
All I talk about is how the darn things work.
Some people are put off by that and leave my
store an go buy a piece of crap spa from some
"nice salesman".
You guys don't get it . I really really
really really do believe that I am doing the
spa shoppers a favor, by at least making
them think about the piece of plastic and
pumps they are buying.
Once again, for some unknown reason, spas are
an emotional item for people, they are like a
pet dog, or a part of the family.
I think they are machines with rules of
function. Those rules are all spelled out in
the engineering tables and the common
knowledge available to anyone who might want to do some research.

We have "Freedom of Speech" in this country. One must understand that this
"Freedom of Speech" has it's built in "Checks and Balances"!
We have in the legal system what is known as the "Contractual Law" aspect and
we also have what are known as "Tortes". "Contractual law" is sort of
a self
defining area. "Tortes" is a both funny and strange name for
"Damaging" or
"Hurting" someone. "Besmirching" them.
When it comes to "Tortes", there is an interesting area affecting the
"Freedom of
Speech" activity.
When one "Willfully and knowingly", "with premeditation and malice of
forethought", openly makes "False and misleading statements, accusations,
inferences, characterizations, and anything related,
that "Plants the seed of doubt" so to speak in the minds of others (This is
including, but not limited to, "potential customers"),
then the person or persons whom may "act out" in this manner, are leaving
themselves wide open for "LITIGATION".
If this type of behavior leads to circumstances wherein a "Potential
"customer" is
"driven away", "intimidated", "made reticent to purchase",
"prejudiced or biased
against the potential merchandiser", "prohibited from", or otherwise
"impeded" in
any way, shape, manner, or form, then any such perpetrator or perpetrators are,
in deed, and in fact impacting another persons ability to "secure their income"
(i.e. "Make a living")
In other words if you publish statements on this on any other public forum about
someone that has any effect on their "pocket book", and it can be
"absolutely
proven" that these statements are indeed "false and misleading",
then you can be "sued for defamation of character".
It may be great fun to berate others if you happen to be of such a childish
mentality that this is your "hip, slick, and cool" thing to do!
Those of you who happen to be attacking others or another on this or any other
forum might be advised to "PRINT OUT A COMPLETE SET OF ALL OF THE
POSTINGS THAT ONE HAS MADE AND TAKE A COPY OF THIS PRINTOUT DOWN TO
THEIR LAWYER OR A LAWYER AND HAVE THEM READ IT OVER AND HAVE THEM
EXPLAIN TO YOU JUST EXACTLY WHAT TYPE OF LEGAL ACTION YOU ARE
EXPOSING YOURSELF TO"!!!!!!!!!!
YOU WILL ESPECIALLY WANT TO TALK TO A LAWYER IF YOU THINK THAT I AM
FULL OF SHIT ABOUT THIS, AS ONLY A MEMBER OF THE LEGAL PROFESSION
COULD POSSIBLY MAKE A BELIEVER OUT OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, if and when you get a summons and you wind up bankrupt as a result of your
