As the incidents and information continue to grow, so does this website! Originally there was only the Erik Saga, a truly classic case of how not to perform customer service. Later, on a public internet message board it was discovered one of the posters was a service technician living not far from the factory that makes the private label of spas known as Haven. He was gracious enough to post a picture of the factory along with a some comments based upon his years of experience in the spa industry. There's also some "short stories" on the General Complaints page.
There are other stories we are attempting to get additional information and documentation about to post here. If you happen to have anything to add, and be advised, we ask for solid documentation, please leave a posting on any of the more popular internet, spa related message boards, along with your email address and we will anonymously contact you. If deemed to be valid and of informational value to this site, it will be posed here.
Coming soon . . . Direct copies of message board postings from the owner of Haven Spas, that are GROSSLY inconsistent and conflicting. . . You get to make the decision! And here they are at last!
